Problem
Current corner stays are great for quickly collapsing the box. But it collapses too easily under normal use (ex. strapping down, pushing to slide on surfaces).

Concept
Use sectioned poles (like tent poles) with a spring loaded collar. This allows rigid stays to be installed in the same slots with no modification to the bag. It may also provide considerably more vertical rigidity with the collar in place to improve performance when strapping down, sliding, or even stacking. This would also avoid the need for workarounds like molle panels or other sidewall materials that make collapsing and storing more bulky and clumsy. (see concept sketch below)

Hi Tony! Thank you for the suggestion and the amount of detail. Definatly a great idea and something we will look into for creating a rigid solution!

I have the solution for this! I ordered a second set of corner stays for all my bags and doubled them up. It adds a ton of stiffness and resistance to accidental collapse, but you can still break it down when you need to.
